How ADOT Properly Manages STIP Public Engagment

In these novel (and mostly virtual) times, the need for transparency as stewards of the public dollar is greater than ever, join us and learn about how ADOT is:

  1. Encouraging transparent public engagement and involvement with their STIP.
  2. Leveraging tools to keep their board members up-to-date on the STIP in real-time.

At ADOT, one of our challenges is to standardize and modernize our State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP), keeping the citizens of Arizona and our board members up-to-date on the latest and greatest in real-time.

Having all of the relevant data in one place makes it quick and easy to find answers without logging into multiple systems.

The ADOT STIP team leverages integrated tools, like interactive map and reporting, to effectively perform proactive analysis with other internal groups.

With the reduction of time and effort in mind and the emergence of new highway projects in the Arizona Department of Transportation, the implementation of a system that would facilitate the entire process was deemed necessary. This is when EcoInteractive stepped in with a solution – ProjectTracker SaaS platform (eSTIP).
